Korean Ground Pork is an easy-to-make dish that is versatile and quick. The bold and spicy flavours come together to make this a great weeknight dish to serve with rice or in a wrap.

This is a comforting dish that can be served over rice but our favourite way is on burger buns and topped with kimchi.

Cooking Korean Ground Pork On The Blackstone
The recipe gives the instructions for making this indoors in a frying pan, but Korean Ground Pork is an excellent dish to make on the Blackstone.
This method makes it easier to get crispy bits in the pork. A larger batch of this dish can easily be made on the Blackstone, making it a perfect choice for feeding a crowd.
And it’s perfect for hot evenings when you don’t want to cook indoors but want a quick meal.

Serving Korean Ground Pork
There are many ways to serve this pork dish.
- Serve over rice.
- Roll the pork into large lettuce leaves to make wraps.
- As a sandwich, serve on a bun with kimchi.
- Top a salad with cooled pork for lunch.
Storing Leftovers and Reheating
Any leftover meat should be cooled and then stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to three days.
To reheat, place pork in a pot or small pan and reheat on medium-low, stirring until heated through.

I made this for Taco Tuesday as a change. Served it on tortillas with lunch and it was so good.
That’s a great idea!
