What Makes This Recipe So Easy?

This Easy Fudge recipe is one of our go-tos whenever we want to make fudge. It is so easy that even our kids can make it.

It is made in the microwave with one bowl. And the only other items you need are a spatula, a measuring spoon, a can opener, and an 8″ by 8″ pan.

It’s even easier to clean up after making it. And since the pan is lined with parchment paper, that’s an easy cleanup as well.

Can This Recipe Be Made Without a Microwave?

Easy Fudge can also be made using the double-boiler method for melting chocolate. We use this method now that we no longer have a microwave.

It works just as well but takes a little longer to make.

For add-ins, we sometimes add chopped walnuts, pecans, cashews, or other types of nuts.

To change the flavours, we use white chocolate, dark chocolate, or bittersweet chocolate.

The vanilla extract can also be replaced with peppermint for a minty flavour that is perfect for the holidays.
