Ingredients For Fuzzy Peach Mocktail

This mocktail is made from only three ingredients, plus ice and garnish if you like.

Peach Nectar or Juice. Our preference is nectar because it is thicker and provides more flavour.
Orange Juice. 100% fruit juice with no pulp is what we use for this recipe. But you can use any orange juice you prefer.
Lemon Lime Soda. Sprite or 7-Up are popular choices, but we have made this drink with store brands as well. Choose your favourite soda for this recipe.

Garnishes For this Mocktail

Our favourite way to garnish this drink is with Fuzzy Peach candies. Skewer the candies on a stick and place them on the top of the glass. These are great for stirring the drink.

Fresh peach slices are also a great garnish to put on a stick or even in the bottom of the glass. Add a leaf of fresh mint with the peach slices for a fancier look.

The glass can also be dipped in corn syrup and rimmed with peach rimming sugar before adding the drink to the glass for serving.

This mocktail is a drink our teens like to make for their friends, along with Orange Creamsicle Floats.

Can This Mocktail Be Made Into A Cocktail?

Yes, this drink can also be made with alcohol if you like. Simply add an ounce or two of Peach Schnapps to the drink in place of the peach nectar.

Alternatively, peach-flavoured vodka or unflavoured vodka can be added to the mocktail to turn it into a cocktail.

When serving this drink as both a mocktail and a cocktail, we like to put a slice of peach in the bottom of the cocktail or a mint leaf on the stir stick. This helps our guests to distinguish between the two.

Do You Need Special Equipment to Make Fuzzy Peach Mocktails?

No, there is no special equipment to make these drinks. That’s what makes them one of our favourites.

There is no need for a shaker or anything else. Just a small measure, which can be a measuring cup, spoon, or glass. We use a shot glass measuring glass that is also used for baking.

For serving these mocktails, use your favourite glasses. We have made these in red Solo cups and fancier glasses. It depends on the mood and the event.

Can Fuzzy Peach Mocktail Be Made In Large Batches?

The juices for this drink can be mixed in a pitcher and chilled. Add one serving of 4 ounces to a glass with ice and top with the soda.

We have made this drink in advance in a large pitcher, but if it sits for a while, we find the lemon-lime soda can go flat before serving.
