Tips For Making This Recipe

When making this recipe, the bananas should be black but not spoiled. The darker the bananas, the sweeter the bread will be.

To prepare the pan for baking the bread, it should be greased and also lined with parchment paper. The paper should hang over the side to make it easier to remove the bread from the pan after baking.

We like to line the pans with parchment that is cut specifically for bread pans because of the convenience.
