Protein Brownie Bites
Simple, no-bake recipe for protein balls that taste like brownies.

- ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder unflavoured protein can also be used
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2-3 Tbsp water or strong coffee
- 4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips, optional
Add protein powder, cocoa powder and almond flour to a bowl and whisk together
Add honey and 2 Tbsp of water or coffee to dry ingredients
Mix together with a spatula, scrapping the sides until well blended. Add the third Tbsp of liquid if the mixture is too crumbly and won't stick together.
Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
Roll into 12 equal sized balls. Use a cookie scoop if you have one to make evenly sized.
Keep refrigerated in air tight container and consume within one week. Can also be stored in the freezer for up to one month.
