Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, overripe and mashed
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup peanut butter, smooth
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the bananas, oil, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla and sugar until combined.
  • Beat in the peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in the flour and chocolate chips. Don't overmix; stir only until the flour is combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 50-60 minutes or until just baked in the center.
  • Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
