- 3 bananas, overripe and mashed
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- ¾ cup peanut butter, smooth
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375℉ and grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the bananas, oil, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and sugar until combined.
Beat in the peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in the flour and chocolate chips. Don't overmix; stir only until the flour is combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 50-60 minutes or until just baked in the center.
Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
