Lamb Dry Rub Seasoning
Easy to make, Lamb Dry Rub Seasoning is a mix of spices that is perfect for grilled lamb chops or on a leg of lamb.

- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 1½ Tbsp dried parsley
- 1½ Tbsp fine sea salt
- 1 Tbsp dried sage
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
Shake to combine.
Use as a rub, seasoning or add to a marinade.
