Glazed Asian-Inspired Pork Meatloaf

Meatloaf
- 2 pounds lean ground pork
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
Glaze
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup Gochujang paste
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatloaf, mixing by hand until combined.
Press meat into a 9 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the centre of the meatloaf reaches 160℉.
Glaze
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk to mix well.
Brush glaze on cooked meatloaf.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until meatloaf reaches 165℉.
Let rest in pan for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Slice and serve.
