Butterscotch Banana Bread

medium-sized bananas, overripe and mashed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9-inch bread pan.
In a large bowl, whisk bananas, egg, oil, brandy, and brown sugar together.
In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until barely combined. Some dry ingredients should still be visible and not fully combined.
Stir in the butterscotch chips. The dry ingredients should now be just combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack for 10-15 before slicing.
Store bread at room temperature after cooling wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
