We are Stacy and Mike, a Canadian couple, who love BBQ and Baking. We use our knowledge of BBQ, smoking, grilling, griddling and baking to create the recipes we share on BBQandbaking.com. We believe in quality ingredients to make our recipes since everything we make has to be family-approved by our children first, who are our biggest critics.

Food is our number one passion, especially when made with easy-to-find, quality ingredients.
With 10 adult children and a growing family of grandchildren, our recipes are family-tested and approved. We focus on creating dishes that are perfect for all occasions, whether you’re looking for a weeknight dinner idea or a larger backyard BBQ.
Our focus is on BBQ and baking recipes, but we also have other recipes, from old family favourites to quick weeknight dinners. Our recipes offer a full menu from starters to desserts and cocktails.
