Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Three kinds of chocolate in one cookie!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup shortening
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup mini white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream shortening and sugars together until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
  • Add flour and baking soda and beat until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10-13 minutes. Cookies will still be wet in the centre
  • Allow to cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a cool rack to finish cooling.
  • Serve at room temperature.
  • Store cookies in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
