Oreo Banana Bread

Oreo Banana Bread is a twist on banana bread. This bread is moist and not overly sweet, making it a great snack or as part of a brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups overripe mashed bananas, about 4 bananas
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease an 9-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and sugar until combined.
  • Beat in the eggs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the chopped Oreos.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 45-55 minutes or until the centre is baked through.
  • Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
