- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cups milk
- ¼ cup melted butter, cooled
- 1 egg
Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, stir together milk, butter, and egg until smooth.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
Heat griddle to medium-high heat.
Scoop batter onto heated griddle about 2 inches apart.
Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook about 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
