Creamy Cilantro Jalapeno Sauce
Easy and quick to make, this sauce is perfect for grilled chicken.
- 3-4 jalapenos
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- 1 juice and zest of lime
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Remove stems, seeds and ribs from jalapenos. Chop into pieces.
Add all ingredients to a blender
Pulse until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Store leftover sauce in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
