Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a 9 inch bread pan with parchment or lightly grease.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, and sugar together until well blended.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared bread pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick or fork inserted in centre comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing from pan and cooling on a wire rack.
Slice into ½ inch slices and serve warm or at room temperature.
Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
