Chilli Dogs
These chilli dogs are grilled on a BBQ and are perfect for a crowd. Turn this recipe into a buffet-style BBQ with toppings and side dishes for a Saturday night BBQ or keep it simple for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 8 wieners
- 2 cups chilli, canned or homemade
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Preheat BBQ to 375℉ or medium-high heat
Cook wieners on BBQ on one side of the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes ¼ turn.
Heat chilli in a pot on side burner or grill.
Toast buns on other side of grill.
Place one cooked wiener in each toasted bun.
Top with ¼ cup chilli and shredded cheese.
