Blue Juice Cocktail

This drink is perfect for a hot summer afternoon or after dinner on the patio and goes great with BBQ food.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 3 oz Lemon Vodka
  • Lemon Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-up)
  • 2 lemon slices

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to two tall glasses.
  • Add 1½ ounces of blue curacao to each glass.
  • Add 1½ ounces of vodka to each glass.
  • Add 1 ounce of peach schnapps to each glass.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Top each glass with lemon-lime soda.
  • Garnish rims of glasses with lemon slices and serve immediately.
