BBQ Apple Pie Rub
BBQ Apple Pie Rub is the perfect spice blend for ribs, pork loin and turkey. Spicy and savoury, this rub adds so much flavour to meat and vegetables with barely any effort.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1½ Tbsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 Tbsp cardamon
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp all-spice
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
