What Ingredients Are Needed?

These turkey patties need only a few ingredients:

  • Ground turkey.
  • Egg.
  • Ground thyme.
  • Ground sage.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Nutmeg.

Serving Turkey Breakfast Patties

Breakfast is the perfect time to serve these patties. They are great on a bagel with eggs and cheese.

We also like to eat these on homemade English muffins with a slice of cheese.

These breakfast patties are also great for lunch. Serve them on a bun or bagel with lettuce, tomato, and cheese for a quick lunch.

Easily Make Ahead

Turkey Breakfast Patties can be made ahead and frozen until ready to cook.

Store the patties between sheets of wax paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.

Remove from the freezer and thaw slightly before cooking. Cook over medium-low heat and add a minute per side.

These are great for taking camping as well. Make the patties and freeze. Then pack them in a leak-proof container in a cooler near the bottom with the ice.

Reheating Leftover Turkey Breakfast Patties

Reheating the patties is easy. It is best done in the microwave on a plate and covered with a damp paper towel. The patties dry out quickly, so using a damp paper towel over them when reheating helps to lock in some moisture.
